Who is an ideal mini-critters employee?
To be a mini-critters employee you will interact with customers on a daily basis, so you need to have great social skills and an outgoing personality. Here at mini-critters, we want social employees who will approach customers in the store and not wait to be approached. We also look for employees who have a passion for helping animals and are willing to learn more than the basics of animal care.
